Disable the Change Password Button

This setting disables the 'Change Password' button on the Windows NT Security dialog box. Enabling this setting stops casual users from being able to change the password.
Note: This functionality requires Windows NT Service Pack 4 or higher.

Key: [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System]
Value Name: DisableChangePassword
Data Type: REG_DWORD
Data: (0 = disabled, 1 = enabled)
