How to Cancel HBO Max
There are two ways to cancel your HBO Max subscription depending on where you signed up for it.
Billed directly by HBO Max
If you signed up for HBO Max directly through their website or app, you can cancel your subscription by following these steps:
- Go to HBOMax.com and sign in to your account.
- Click on your profile picture in the upper right corner and select "Settings".
- Find the "Subscription" section and click on "Manage Subscription".
- Click on "Cancel Subscription" and confirm your cancellation.
Billed through a third-party provider
If you subscribed to HBO Max through a third-party provider like Apple, Google Play, or Samsung, you will need to cancel your subscription through their platform. Here are the links for instructions on how to cancel through each provider:

No matter how you cancel, you will be able to keep using HBO Max until the end of your current billing period. You will receive a confirmation email once your subscription is cancelled.
