Suppress Safe Mode Warning Message

Enabling the setting suppress the safe mode warning message when booting up, and bypasses the Startup menu.
1. Add a new value of 'BootWarn=' to MSDOS.SYS.
2. Set the value to '1' to ignore the Safe mode warning, or '0' to run normally.
