Forces Your Computer to Boot in Safe Mode

This setting when enabled forces your computer to always boot in Safe Mode.
1. Add a new value of 'BootSafe=' to MSDOS.SYS.
2. Set the value to '1' to always boot in Safe mode, or '0' to run normally.
