Turn On / Off Long Filename Support

Windows 9x and NT introduced the use of long filenames on existing FAT partitions. Some legacy software maybe incompatible with this new filesystem, and may require the use of 8.3 filenames. Enabling this setting turn off long filename support.

Value Name: Win31FileSystem
Data Type: REG_DWORD
Data: (0 = long file names, 1 = 8.3 filenames)
