Change Background Color During Logon

Change the default background color of the logon screen.

Open your registry and find the key below. Modify the value named 'Background' according to the color you would like in RGB: "0 0 0" for black, "255 255 255" for white, and everything in between.

Key:[HKEY_USERS\.Default\ControlPanel\Colors]
Value Name: Background
Data Type: REG_SZ
Data: 0 0 0 - 255 255 255
