Clear Unwanted Items From Add / Remove Programs

If you have a program that won't uninstall, you could simply start in safe mode, then delete the directory where the program lives.  Now you have to remove it from the Add/Remove program list.  Simple, though.

1. Run the Registry Editor (REGEDIT).
2. Open
   HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\ SOFTWARE\ Microsoft\ Windows\ CurrentVersion\ Uninstall
3. and remove any unwanted subkeys under Uninstall.
